Rates and Payment

Cobb & Cobb charges less than other lawyers because our priority is to give our clients great service at a price they can afford.  We charge a low flat fee for each court appearance ($99 per court appearance in Newburgh, New Windsor, and Cornwall, and $99 plus $1 per mile for courts outside of the Newburgh area), and only charge $75.00 per hour for out of court office work. Our goal is to be the best criminal defense firm in Newburgh.  No hidden fees, no surprises, just excellent legal service at a great price!

How to Pay:   You may pay for your court appearance before the trial date or directly to your lawyer at court.  Payments can be made with cash, check, money order, or Paypal here on the website.

Criminal Defense Services
Single court appearance:  City of Newburgh, Town of Newburgh, New Windsor or Cornwall Justice Courts	$99
Single court appearance outside of Newburgh.  (Price depends on court.)	Varies
Prepaid criminal defense work - 10 hours office time	$750
Prepaid criminal defense work - 20 hours office time	$1,500
Family Law Services
Initial payment for bankruptcy filing:	$750
Initial payment for uncontested divorce:	$500
General Legal Services
