Criminal Defense and Civil Rights
Cobb & Cobb is committed to defending clients' civil rights, and we have built a practice around representing clients who have been the victims of police abuse. We also defend clients against traffic violation charges, including:

- Commercial driver's license (CDL) violations
We believe that high legal fees should not prevent a client from retaining quality representation, and attorney John Cobb charges only $150 for local court appearances and $175 for appearances more than 10 miles away.
False arrest cases are done on a contingency-fee plus costs basis. Clients pay only the expenses we incur and a portion of any damages recovered. Payment plans are always available for our clients.
